README for http://hydro.electric.gen.nz/satire/hvhs/1999/

It's just stuff from the 1999 Hutt Valley High School Yearbook here at
the moment, sorry.

As you should be able to see from the directory listing, there's just
the two PDF files. They should be the same, and I'm not sure why one
is bigger than the other. That seems mildly weird. Um. I guess the
smaller one should do.

Minor note: Yes, the yearbook editorial within is my authorship. I
hereby claim all rights to it. Ha! Seriously, I do. It was probably
one of my crowning achievements in satire in 1999, but I don't care on
that count.
