README for http://hydro.electric.gen.nz/satire/comedy/partial MP3s/Stan Freberg/

Planned Obsolescence [partial clip].mp3 is uploaded under
section 42 (1) of the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand) to
explain why I chose electric.gen.nz for a domain name -- 
it should be obvious why I did. :) The fair dealing
provision of that section of the Act applies in this
case, so no infringement has occurred.

In any case, I think it's also a good example of the
rather nice comedy Stan Freberg has recorded, though not
much is available in the stores here without finding some
SSL-compliant site to plug a credit card in to, and
they're usually located overseas. :( Freberg claims his
US history tracks are being used in history classes in
high schools in the USA, too.
